We absolutely loved the flowers at our wedding - the photos turned out very nice and all thanks to the flowers being so amazing. What I loved is that all I had to do was tell Tracey somewhat of what I wanted and she just took care of the rest and made it all perfect. I checked out other florist's whose prices were way higher and they wanted to meet a week prior to the wedding which we didn't have time to do. All it took for Tracey was for us to go into the store once and tell her what we were thinking and the rest Black Rose Florist took care of - I would highly recommend them for any event and believe me you won't have any complaints about there service and top notch work.

Its been 3 months now since our wedding and boy has the time flown by. I wanted to send you a personal thank you and some of the beautiful pictures that were captured by Sabrina Hyde.

Thank you so much for the lovely job you did with the bouquets and table decorations, I was thrilled to see them on the day, the colours matched beautifully and it was a pleasant surprise seeing how beautiful the tables looked when we walked into the reception. I particularly loved the special head table centre piece you did with the cool little birds nests with rose buds in them, this was very cool!

We had lots of compliments on how lovely the tables and reception looked, you managed to capture our vision well and it pulled everything together.

The flower girls also loved their flower crowns!

You are very talented and we would definitely recommend you to others who are planning a magical day.

Attached are a few photos of my incredibly beautiful flowers which I draped my nanas rosary beads over (they were her grandmothers!). I got so many compliments on the flowers, they matched my girls bridesmaid dresses perfectly (which Ive also given you a photo of so you can see what I mean).

Tracey was fantastic, she was incredibly helpful, focused and there was absolutely no issue on the wedding day, my girls walked in, got the flowers and walked out, couldnt have asked for smoother! I loved that my flowers were different from what people normally get. They also look awesome dried and they are now displayed in the entrance of my new home.

Hi. I just wanted to email and say a big thank you for the wonderfull customer service, product and outstanding store that you are. I currently live in the Goldcoast, Australia and have used the Black Rose store in Parumoana street, Porirua and from what I have seen on site, to what is delivered is true to form. Unfortunately as I live overseas I am unable to deliver product myself, however its great that I can call and pay by credit card on the phone, and have family pick this up and deliver to other family members. Today I ordered a chocolate lovers basket and within a couple of hours it was ready, and when family posted photos it was amazing. There have been other times where I have ordered flowers and cake and again perfection. I will definately recommend your shop to family & friends and ask that you pass on to all your wonderfull staff the grattitude and thanks they are deserving of.
